warm springs canyon, death valley Warm Springs Canyon is just north of Wingate Pass where the water from the Panamint Valley must have tumbled through the Panamint Range in order to fill Lake Manley in Death Valley. Warm Springs Canyon is endowed with hot springs and a chalk mine, the tailings of which can be seen right of center in this image. This was the last and hotest site of the trip. |
